I remember the PBS kid's show 'Liberty's Kids' which tried to teach kids about the American Revolution AND that observing the history/world around them was important, and I remember thinking 'Why aren't there more shows like this?' It's an important concept, and people should run with it.
In many ways, Timestorm does the same thing--but better in many ways. This is a show that teaches young people to value their history. It focuses on Puerto Rican heritage, too, which--as current events have emphasis--is completely ignored. So there's that lesson in there too.
Socially, it's an important podcast, but it's also well done and enjoyable. Great for adults who just like podcasts as well as kids.
